Creating a healthier workplace isn’t accomplished in a single afternoon—it happens when organizations intentionally invest in their employees throughout the year.

Miami Wellness Connect recently partnered with the Urban League of Broward County to help employees “Finish Strong” with a three-day employee wellness experience designed to promote relaxation, healthy habits, and overall well-being. The event combined engaging wellness activities with preventive health resources, giving employees multiple opportunities to recharge and prioritize their health.

 

Day One: Relax, Recharge & Connect

The wellness experience began with a kick-off brunch, setting a positive tone for the week before employees enjoyed professional chair massage sessions.

Taking just a few minutes to pause during the workday can help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and encourage employees to focus on their own well-being. Three licensed chair massage therapists were available throughout the event, creating an inviting wellness experience employees could easily fit into their day.

 

Day Two: Fueling Healthy Choices

The second day focused on nutrition and preventive wellness.

Employees had the opportunity to participate in biometric health screenings, giving them valuable insights into their health while also enjoying our signature Smoothie Station.

Fresh smoothies featured nutrient-rich ingredients including spinach, kale, cucumber, spirulina, apple, kiwi, turmeric, acai, elderberry, blueberries, pomegranate, and pineapple—providing delicious dairy-free options made with all-natural ingredients and no added sugar.

 

Day Three: Interactive Wellness That Employees Remember

The event concluded with another opportunity for employees to unwind through chair massage while participating in one of Miami Wellness Connect’s most popular interactive experiences—the Aromatherapy Roller Creation Bar.

Participants learned the fundamentals of essential oils before blending their own personalized roller designed to support relaxation, stress relief, or renewed energy. Each employee left with a custom 10 ml aromatherapy roller they could continue using long after the event ended, extending the wellness experience beyond the workplace.
